The PE bottle FR4-15 is a 15 ml plastic bottle with a screw-on 18/415 neck. Its compact format is suitable for liquid products that require convenient dispensing and reliable closure.
The bottle is designed to work with compatible screw-on dosing systems. It can be combined with nasal, throat and fine-mist sprayers, depending on the requirements of the finished product. The selected pump must match the bottle neck, thread geometry, formulation and intended method of application.
The 18/415 neck finish supports the use of suitable screw caps and dosing pumps. This standard helps simplify component selection during packaging development. Nevertheless, similar neck specifications are not automatically interchangeable, so compatibility should be confirmed before filling.
The bottle may be considered for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, veterinary, cosmetic and other compatible liquid products. Possible applications include nasal preparations, throat sprays, fine-mist products and other formulations supplied through a screw-on pump.
A complete packaging system normally includes the bottle, closure or dosing pump, dip tube and product. Its performance depends on the interaction between all components. Testing should cover thread engagement, fixation strength, leakage resistance, spray or dosing performance, storage conditions and filling-line operation.
The bottle can be evaluated with liquid formulations of different viscosities. Product suitability must be confirmed through compatibility, stability and performance testing. Particular attention should be paid to formulations containing alcohol, oils, solvents or other chemically active ingredients.
FR4-15 is manufactured from polyethylene (PE). The material provides low weight, practical mechanical strength and a suitable basis for plastic primary packaging. Farmmash manufactures the bottle in Ukraine using pharmaceutical-grade materials and production processes carried out in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom.
