Nasal Dosing Spray Pump NS-SC18-0162-V

The NS-SC18-0162-V is a dosing spray pump with a narrow nasal actuator, designed for the accurate and repeatable intranasal delivery of liquid pharmaceutical and healthcare formulations.

The pump is available in configurations delivering nominal doses within the range of 50–140 µL per actuation. The narrow nasal actuator supports convenient and targeted administration, while the spray mechanism provides consistent and controlled product delivery.

The pump features a screw-on closure for bottles with a DIN18/GL18 neck finish. It is compatible with selected glass, HDPE and PET bottles. The dip tube length is selected according to the bottle dimensions and agreed upon when ordering.

The pump is POM-free and rubber-free. The materials used meet applicable pharmacopoeial and food-contact requirements.

Plastic components are injection moulded in ISO Class 7 cleanrooms. Pump assembly is performed in ISO Class 8 cleanrooms.

The pump can be supplied as part of a complete packaging system with compatible Farmmash HDPE bottles with nominal capacities of 10, 15 or 30 ml.

Quality control includes dose consistency testing, spray droplet size distribution evaluation, functional inspection and vacuum leak testing of the assembled pump-and-bottle system.

Compatibility between the pump, bottle and formulation, as well as the required spray characteristics, should be confirmed before commercial use.
