Edible Oil Closures 29/21 by Farmmash are designed for compatible bottles used for vegetable oils, vinegar, sauces and other suitable liquid food products.

The range includes two different closure concepts:

• Single-Component Cap 1.L;
• Two-Component Edible Oil Closure Ø29/21.

Both solutions are designed for 29/21 bottle-neck configurations, but they use different opening and dispensing principles.

Single-Component Cap 1.L

The 1.L closure is a single-component solution for compatible 29/21 bottle necks.

It uses a tear-off band as the first-opening feature.

The closure can be considered for edible oil, soy sauce, vinegar and other compatible liquid food products.

Its simple construction provides a practical packaging option where controlled pouring through a separate flow regulator is not required.

Two-Component Edible Oil Closure Ø29/21

The two-component edible oil closure combines several functions in one packaging system.

It is a press-on closure with:

• tamper-evident tear-off membrane;
• integrated flow regulator;
• bore-seal system;
• controlled pouring function.

The flow regulator helps create a steady stream and reduce splashing and uncontrolled pouring.

Tamper Evidence

Both closure concepts provide visible first-opening functionality, although the designs are different.

For the single-component 1.L closure, first opening is indicated by the tear-off band.

The two-component system uses an integrated tear-off membrane.

This allows consumers to identify whether the original package has been opened.

Controlled Pouring

The two-component closure includes an integrated flow regulator.

This component helps control liquid flow during pouring and can reduce dripping and splashing.

Therefore, it is particularly suitable for retail packaging where convenient repeated pouring is important.

Bottle Compatibility

The closures are intended for compatible 29/21 bottle-neck configurations.

However, nominal neck designation alone does not guarantee compatibility.

Bottle dimensions, neck tolerances, closure geometry and application method should be evaluated together.

For the two-component press-on system, filling-line and capping trials are recommended before commercial production.
