Farmmash manufactures screw closures for compatible polymer bottles used for chemical and household-product packaging.

The current range includes the K28-2 two-component tamper-evident closure for compatible Ø28 mm PET bottle-neck configurations.

K28-2 Two-Component Closure

K28-2 consists of two functional polymer components.

The components can be manufactured in contrasting colours, making the first-opening feature easier to identify visually.

The closure combines screw-on closing with tamper-evident functionality.

Combination with P28 Pouring Insert

For suitable packaging configurations, K28-2 can be combined with the Farmmash P28 pouring insert.

The insert is fitted into the bottle neck and helps direct the flow of liquid during pouring.

The complete bottle, insert and closure combination should be evaluated together.

Applications

K28-2 can be considered for compatible liquid household and chemical products packed in PET bottles.

Final suitability depends on the formulation, bottle geometry and required packaging performance.

Chemical compatibility must be confirmed with the actual product.

Bottle Compatibility

The nominal Ø28 mm designation alone does not guarantee compatibility.

Bottle-neck dimensions, thread geometry, sealing surfaces and tamper-evident features must correspond to the closure design.

Farmmash recommends testing the closure with the actual bottle and filling-line configuration before serial production.
