One-Component Screw Closure 1.4M with Tamper-Evident Ring

Closure 1.4M by Farmmash is a one-component screw closure with tamper-evident functionality for compatible bottles with a GL18 / nominal Ø18 mm neck.

The closure is available in several configurations, including a version with an integrated sealing cone, a version with a foam liner and a version with a spatula.

The sealing-cone configuration can provide direct sealing of a compatible glass bottle without an additional stopper or dropper plug.

Tamper-Evident Closure

Closure 1.4M incorporates a first-opening control feature.

The tamper-evident element provides a visible indication that the original package has been opened.

This function should be evaluated as part of the complete bottle-and-closure system.

Integrated Sealing Cone

The sealing-cone version of 1.4M is designed to interact directly with the corresponding bottle-neck geometry.

For a compatible glass bottle, this configuration allows sealing without an additional stopper or dropper plug.

Reliable sealing depends on the dimensional compatibility of the bottle neck and closure. Therefore, the complete packaging system should be tested before serial production.
