Oral Dosing Spray Pump OS-SC18-0164-V

The OS-SC18-0164-V is a dosing spray pump designed for the accurate and repeatable oral delivery of liquid pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, veterinary, and healthcare formulations.

The pump is available in configurations delivering nominal doses within the range of 50–180 µL per actuation. Its smooth and consistent spray mechanism ensures convenient, controlled and clean application.

The pump features a screw-on closure for bottles with a GL18/DIN18 neck finish and is compatible with selected glass, HDPE and PET bottles. The dip tube length is selected according to the bottle dimensions and agreed upon when ordering. Custom colours are available upon request.

The pump is POM-free and rubber-free. The materials used meet applicable pharmacopoeial and food-contact requirements.

Plastic components are injection moulded in ISO Class 7 cleanrooms. Pump assembly is performed in ISO Class 8 cleanrooms.

Quality control includes dose consistency testing, spray droplet size distribution evaluation, functional inspection and vacuum leak testing of the assembled pump-and-bottle system.
