Nasal sprayer DIN18 NS-SC18-0100-V

The dosing nasal spray pump NS-SC18-0100-V is designed for controlled and repeatable delivery of liquid nasal formulations. The pump features a screw-on fixation and is compatible with glass, HDPE and PET bottles with a GL18 neck finish according to DIN 168.

The pump is available in the following nominal dose volume options per actuation: 50, 70, 78, 100, 120, 140 and 170 µL. The dip tube length is selected according to the bottle dimensions and agreed upon when placing the order.

The POM- and rubber-free construction makes the pump suitable for pharmaceutical packaging applications. Compatibility with the selected bottle and formulation must be confirmed during qualification testing.

Plastic components are injection moulded in ISO Class 7 cleanrooms. Pump assembly is carried out in ISO Class 8 cleanrooms. The materials used comply with applicable food-contact and pharmacopoeial requirements.
