The CRC18-TE12 cap in the 0035/0037/FL configuration combines a foam polyethylene liner, child-resistant opening and tamper evidence. Farmmash manufactures this closure in Ukraine for bottles with DIN168 / GL18 necks. Its intended applications include pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, veterinary and cosmetic liquids.

The liner, opening mechanism and tamper-evident ring perform different functions. Together, they allow packaging designers to address sealing, access and first-opening indication within one closure system.

Push-and-turn opening

To open the bottle, press down on the outer cap and turn it in the direction shown by the pictogram. The ribbed sidewall provides a gripping surface, while the embossed instructions identify the opening sequence.

The mechanism is designed to make opening more difficult for children. However, child-resistant packaging is not child-proof and does not replace storage out of children’s reach.

The lower ring provides a visible indication of first opening. This feature is separate from the reusable child-resistant mechanism.

Foam liner and bottle compatibility

The FL configuration uses a foam polyethylene sealing liner. When the closure is correctly applied, the liner contacts the bottle’s sealing surface to help limit leakage.

The CRC18-TE12 cap is intended for compatible glass, PET and HDPE bottles with the specified neck finish. Nevertheless, nominal neck diameter alone is insufficient to confirm fit. Check the thread profile, sealing surface and tamper-ring engagement against the selected bottle drawing.

For packs requiring a dropper, confirm the complete configuration with Farmmash. A dosing component must not interfere with liner contact or closure operation. Agree any alternative liner or colour when specifying the order.
