Products branding

In conditions of continuously increasing competition, the search for means of protecting your products from fakes, increasing the recognition of your products, branding of each unit of goods is important.

We offer various branding options:

Injection and blow molding production

Injection and Blow Molding Production equipped with state of the art automated injection-molding machines from Engel and Arburg.

Over 3000 sq. m. production area.

Our company specializes in the manufacture of multi-component products.

All assembly processes are automated with mandatory inspection of finished products.

Farmmash warrants all manufactured molds are covered for 12 months. At the end of the warranty period, the customer may order post-warranty service or repair of molds manufactured by us for an additional charge.

Press Mold Making

Equipped with state of the art domestic- and foreign-made machinery, Farmmash’s own production facility offers its customers and partners:
• Concept design of a new product
• Design engineering
• 3D design according to the customer’s drawings, sketches, ideas
• Finalisation of product design according to the customer’s wishes
• Analysis of manufacturability and molding of plastic products
• Design of production tooling such as injection molds, hot-runner molds, blow molds
• Production of hot-runner molds.

Metalworking

Farmmash offer next services:
• Turning (CNC);
• Milling (CNC);
• Jig-boring;
• Electrosparking (CNC);
• Cylindrical grinding.

Technical Support

At the request of our customers, we provide technical support for the introduction of sealing devices on the production line, we manufacture forms for kits for orientation machines, sealing (cells for orientators, mandrels for screw heads, etc.).
