Company History

Farmmash was founded in 1999 as a manufacturer of polymer closures and dose metering devices.
Hot-channel casting technology is introduced.
A new production shop with an area of 3000 m2 was launched.
The company begins cooperation with world leaders in the field of injection molding companies "Arburg" and "Engel".
The Tool Department is organized, which is equipped with high-precision metalworking equipment made in Germany and Switzerland.
Launch of IBM technology for the production of plastic bottles and containers.
The company implemented a quality management system under ISO 9001 international standard.
Launch of new technology - production in clean rooms ISO 7.
Pharmmash LLC has successfully passed the recertification audit by the international certification authority TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH for compliance with the new version of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015.
A new warehouse for 600 pallets has been put into operation.

Injection and Blow Molding Production

Injection and Blow Molding Production equipped with state of the art automated injection-molding machines from Engel and Arburg.
Over 3000 sq. m. production area.
Our company specializes in the manufacture of multi-component products. All assembly processes are automated with mandatory inspection of finished products.

Product development and molds design using modern automatic design systems.
Many years of experience in manufacturing of press molds:
• multi-seat molds;
• hot-runner molds;
• use of unscrewing mechanisms.

Tool Production

Tools are produced by means of modern high-speed and high-precision metalworking equipment manufactured in Germany and Switzerland:
• Schaublin,

• Hermle,
• Charmilles

In July 2011, TUV Rheinland InterCert audited FARMMASH LLC and confirmed its compliance with ISO 9001:2008. All our employees are committed to improve and streamline their work in order to satisfy ever-growing customers’ demands.
In 2016, Farmmash passed a recertification audit for compliance with the new version of ISO 9001:2015 international standard.
