Oral Dosing Spray Pump OS-SC18-0143-V

The OS-SC18-0143-V is a dosing spray pump designed for applications requiring larger oral doses. It provides accurate, controlled and repeatable delivery of liquid pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, veterinary and healthcare formulations.

The pump is available in configurations delivering nominal doses within the range of 100–180 µL per actuation. Its reliable mechanism ensures consistent spray performance, smooth operation and hygienic product administration.

The pump features a screw-on closure for bottles with a DIN18/GL18 neck finish. It is suitable for oral medicines, liquid supplements, veterinary formulations and oral-care products. The dip tube length is selected according to the bottle dimensions and agreed upon when ordering. Various colour options are available upon request.

The pump is POM-free and rubber-free. The materials used meet applicable pharmacopoeial and food-contact requirements.

Plastic components are injection moulded in ISO Class 7 cleanrooms. Pump assembly is performed in ISO Class 8 cleanrooms.
