Farmmash manufactures polymer closures and dispensing components for compatible bottles used in chemical and household-product packaging.

The current range includes several Ø28 mm packaging solutions:

• tamper-evident screw closures;
• child-resistant closures;
• pouring and dosing inserts.

The appropriate system should be selected according to the bottle neck, packaged product and intended use.

Screw Closures for Chemical Packaging

Farmmash offers K28-2 for compatible Ø28 mm bottle-neck configurations.

The closure provides screw-on sealing and first-opening control.

Depending on the packaging system, K28-2 can also be combined with the P28 pouring insert.

Child-Resistant Closures

For products where restricted access is required, Farmmash offers child-resistant closure solutions.

The chemical-packaging range includes K28 CRC and 1.4CRC-D.

These closures combine screw closing with a child-resistant opening principle.

Some configurations also include tamper-evident functionality.

P28 Pouring Insert

The P28 insert is installed in the neck of a compatible PET bottle.

It helps direct and control liquid flow during pouring.

The insert can be combined with compatible Ø28 mm closures, including K28-2 or suitable child-resistant configurations.

Packaging Applications

These components can be considered for suitable household and chemical products supplied in compatible polymer bottles.

The final packaging configuration depends on the product characteristics, bottle material and required safety functions.

Chemical resistance should always be evaluated with the actual formulation.

Bottle and Closure Compatibility

A nominal Ø28 mm neck designation alone does not guarantee compatibility.

Thread geometry, neck dimensions, sealing surfaces, and insert dimensions must correspond to one another.

Therefore, the complete bottle, closure and insert combination should be tested before serial production.
