The HDPE Container KP4-75 is a rigid plastic container with a PP28 screw neck, designed for packaging pharmaceutical, veterinary, nutraceutical and other compatible products. Its practical format allows manufacturers to create a complete packaging system using Farmmash closures, dosing components and measuring accessories.
The container has a nominal filling volume of 60 ml and a maximum capacity of 75 ml. It can be manufactured from virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene (PP). The appropriate polymer is selected according to the properties of the packaged product, the intended application and the customer’s technical requirements.
The standard PP28 screw neck makes the HDPE Container KP4-75 compatible with a range of Farmmash packaging components. Depending on the required functionality, the container may be combined with the 1.4D tamper-evident closure, the 1.4D Cone closure or the 1.4CRC-V child-resistant closure.
Additional components may include dosing plugs, flow reducers, adapters and other application accessories. For liquid pharmaceutical, veterinary or nutraceutical products, the packaging system may also be supplied with an SD-15 measuring cup or an SD-20 measuring cup.
This modular approach enables customers to select the bottle, closure and dosing accessory according to the intended use of the finished product. It also simplifies the sourcing of compatible packaging components from a single manufacturer.
The HDPE Container KP4-75 is manufactured by Farmmash in Ukraine using virgin polymer raw materials. HDPE offers good rigidity, impact resistance and suitability for a wide range of packaging applications. A PP version is also available when polypropylene is preferred for the customer’s product or packaging configuration.
Final compatibility between the container, closure, dosing component and packaged product must always be confirmed by the customer during qualification, stability and functional testing. Testing should consider the formulation, filling process, storage conditions, transportation and intended shelf life.
For pharmaceutical applications, customers may also consider the quality principles described in ISO 15378 for primary packaging materials for medicinal products.
