Each system consists of three main components:

• polymer bottle;
• tamper-evident closure;
• spray insert with dip tube.

Squeeze Spray Dispensing Principle

During use, the customer squeezes the bottle body. This creates internal pressure and moves the liquid through the dip tube to the spray insert.

The spray insert then forms the required spray.

Therefore, dispensing performance depends on the complete system rather than on one component alone.

Bottle flexibility, spray insert geometry, dip-tube configuration and product properties can all influence spray performance.

Tamper-Evident Closure

The system includes a closure with a tamper-evident function.

This feature provides visible evidence of first opening. As a result, the user can identify whether the original package has previously been opened.

The closure also protects the spray insert between applications.

Spray Insert with Dip Tube

The spray insert forms the spray pattern during use. A dip tube delivers liquid from the bottle to the dispensing element.

The dip-tube length is matched to the bottle configuration.

However, spray characteristics can also depend on the formulation. Therefore, the complete system should be tested with the actual customer product.
