The Oral Syringe Adaptor 2.5 (A) connects the KP4-75 bottle with compatible oral syringes. It is designed for syringes with a diameter of 11 mm. This dosing plug fits into the bottle neck and supports liquid withdrawal.
Furthermore, the adaptor works with several Farmmash closures. Customers can therefore select a sealing configuration that suits their packaging process.
This model was developed for the KP4-75 bottle. Together, the bottle, adaptor and selected closure form a coordinated packaging system.
The adaptor provides a connection for the oral syringe during product withdrawal. Meanwhile, the syringe’s graduation scale allows the user to measure the required volume.
Possible applications include compatible syrups, oral solutions and suspensions. However, the formulation and selected syringe should be evaluated together. The adaptor does not determine a fixed dose independently.
The Oral Syringe Adaptor 2.5 (A) supports two closure sealing configurations.
With 1.4D, 1.4D Cone and 1.4CRC-V caps, sealing uses a foam liner. Therefore, the selected cap must include the appropriate liner for this assembly.
Alternatively, the 1.4CRC-D cap seals the adaptor through its sealing cone. This configuration provides a different sealing interface within the same packaging system.
Closure selection should consider the required opening features and the production process. Other options can be explored in the Farmmash screw-cap range.
The adaptor can be supplied preassembled with the 1.4CRC-D cap. As a result, the customer receives the components as a single assembly.
This supply format reduces logistics costs and simplifies component handling. In addition, it supports filling lines without a separate adaptor insertion station.
Consequently, manufacturers can consider this assembly when planning production with existing capping equipment. Compatibility with the actual line should be confirmed during a production trial.
When ordering, specify the bottle, cap, syringe model and preferred supply format. Also include the formulation type and relevant filling-line requirements.
