In January 2022, Farmmash launched its own nasal spray pump production in Ukraine. The first product in the range was the DIN18 nasal spray pump with a nominal metered dose of 100 µL per actuation.

A nasal spray pump is a complex, multi-component dosing system consisting of nearly 15 individual parts. Its consistent performance depends on the manufacturing precision of each component, reliable assembly and thorough inspection of the finished product. Farmmash manufactures the components and assembles the pumps at its own production facilities in Ukraine.

The pump features a screw-on DIN18 closure and is designed for use with glass, HDPE and PET bottles. Its construction is POM-free and rubber-free. Compatibility with a specific bottle and formulation should be confirmed through appropriate product-specific testing.

Quality control covers the critical stages of production and assembly, including verification of dose consistency, spray characteristics and the leak tightness of the pump-and-bottle system.
