Fs2-20 Spray Bottle — 20 ml

The Fs2-20 spray bottle is designed for spraying liquid medicines by squeezing the bottle body. The complete configuration comprises a flexible plastic bottle, a sprayer with a dip tube, and a screw cap.

The nominal bottle capacity is 20 ml. However, the liquid fill volume must not exceed 15 ml for functional spraying. This distinction should be considered when selecting the packaging and planning the product fill.

Design and operation

To activate the spray, the user squeezes the central part of the bottle. The sprayer fits into the neck, while its dip tube extends towards the bottom. Together, these components form the liquid delivery system.

The screw cap covers the spray nozzle between uses. Its ribbed lower section provides a gripping surface for opening and closing. The photograph shows the bottle, sprayer, and cap in white, with a translucent dip tube.

The bottle has an oval cross-section and rounded shoulders. Its broad sides provide space for a product label. Moreover, the compact shape allows the packaging designer to plan a small secondary carton around the assembled product.

Filling and product compatibility

The 15 ml filling limit is a functional requirement for this configuration. Therefore, a 20 ml nominal bottle should be evaluated with the intended fill volume before production.

Spray performance should be checked with the actual formulation. Assess the spray pattern and the amount delivered during representative use. A fixed dose per squeeze is not specified in the available documentation.
