Pipette 5.1 is a three-part snap-on dosing pipette system. It is designed for controlled drip dosing of liquid products.

The system combines a holed closure, a dosing pipette and a tamper-evident cap. Together, these components form a compact dispensing solution for suitable liquid formulations.

Controlled drip dosing

Pipette 5.1 allows the user to dispense liquid by squeezing the pipette. Therefore, the system supports gradual delivery and convenient single-dose application.

This format is suitable for liquid medicines and other compatible products. It can also be considered for selected nutraceutical, cosmetic or laboratory formulations.

However, drop performance depends on the product properties. Viscosity, surface tension and formulation composition may affect the delivered volume. Testing is recommended before commercial filling.

The system is intended for applications where controlled dripping is required. It does not replace a calibrated dosing pump or a graduated measuring device.

Three-component construction

The first component is a holed closure. It holds the pipette in the required position and supports assembly with the container.

The second component is the dosing pipette. Its flexible body enables manual compression during dispensing.

The third component is a tamper-evident cap. This cap provides visible evidence of first opening and helps protect the package during handling.

The snap-on format supports quick installation on a compatible container. Consequently, it can simplify packaging operations and component handling.

Packaging applications
