Standard Screw Closure K28-5 with Polyethylene Foam Liner

Screw Cap K28-5 by Farmmash is a standard screw closure developed for compatible bottles with PP28 and PCO1810 neck finishes.

The closure is equipped with a polyethylene foam liner that provides an additional sealing interface between the cap and bottle neck.

PP28 / PCO1810 Bottle Compatibility

K28-5 is designed for compatible bottles with PP28 and PCO1810 neck configurations.

Neck designation alone does not guarantee compatibility. Thread geometry, sealing surfaces and dimensional tolerances of the bottle and closure should be evaluated together.

Farmmash recommends testing the K28-5 with the actual bottle before serial production.

Polyethylene Foam Liner

K28-5 is supplied with a polyethylene foam liner.

The liner is positioned inside the closure and interacts with the sealing surface of the bottle neck.

Actual sealing performance depends on the complete bottle-and-closure combination. Therefore, functional and leakage testing is recommended before serial production.

K28-5 can be considered for compatible pharmaceutical, healthcare, nutraceutical and other products packed in bottles with the corresponding neck configuration.
