The eye dropper bottle FK2-5 is a 5 ml plastic packaging solution designed for drip dosing of liquid medicines and other compatible liquid products. The set can include a bottle, a dropper component and a closure with tamper-evident functionality.

This format is suitable when the product must be dispensed in individual drops. The dropper helps control liquid flow during use, while the closure supports secure packaging and convenient handling. Actual drop performance depends on the formulation, viscosity, surface tension, bottle geometry and user technique.

The bottle can be produced in natural white or transparent colour. Closures are available in different colours, allowing product lines to be visually differentiated. Colour selection should be agreed during project development and confirmed for the intended application.

Applications and compatibility

The product may be considered for liquid pharmaceutical products and other compatible formulations. Depending on the selected configuration, it can support applications that require drop-by-drop dispensing.

A complete packaging system includes the bottle, dropper and closure. Compatibility should be assessed for all components together. Testing should cover fit, sealing, dispensing performance, first-opening function, storage conditions, transport and filling-line operation.

Particular attention should be paid to products containing alcohol, oils, solvents or other chemically active ingredients. Final suitability must be confirmed through formulation compatibility and stability testing.

Material and manufacturing

The bottle and associated components are manufactured from polymers approved for use in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Production is carried out by injection moulding under ISO Class 7 cleanroom conditions at Farmmash facilities in Ukraine.
