The Dropper Bottle Fk-30 is a 30 ml primary packaging solution for liquid products. It is designed for drip dosing of liquid medicines and compatible formulations.

The bottle is supplied with a tamper-evident closure. This configuration helps provide visible evidence of first opening. It also supports convenient storage, transport and use of the packaged product.

Application and dispensing

Dropper Bottle Fk-30 is intended for liquid pharmaceutical products. Depending on the formulation, it may also be considered for nutraceutical, veterinary or cosmetic liquids.

The dropper format supports controlled delivery in small portions. Therefore, it is suitable for products administered drop by drop.

Actual drop size depends on the formulation and the complete package. Viscosity, surface tension and filling conditions may influence dispensing performance. Testing is recommended before commercial production.

Construction and materials

The documented FK-30 configuration includes three main components:

• Bottle Fk-30
• Dropper plug type FK1.2 (A)
• Tamper-evident cap type FK1

For this configuration, the bottle is made from LDPE Purell PE 3020D. The dropper plug uses LDPE Purell PE 1840H. The cap is manufactured from HDPE Liten RL58.

The assembled package has a documented size of Ø30 × 89 mm. The specified outlet diameter is Ø0.5 +0.1 mm.

Colours and supply options
