Kp5-45 Container — Bottle and Cap Set

The Kp5-45 container is a packaging set comprising an HDPE bottle and a one-piece 1.L snap-on cap with a tear-off tamper-evident band. The bottle has a nominal capacity of 30 ml and a maximum capacity of 45 ml.

This format combines a compact cylindrical bottle with a matching closure. It can be considered for pharmaceutical and dietary supplement packaging, subject to compatibility with the intended product.

Bottle and closure design

The bottle is made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Its cylindrical body provides space for a product label, while the neck incorporates features that retain the snap-on cap.

The one-piece cap includes an integral inner sealing skirt. This element fits inside the bottle opening when the cap is applied. The closure also features a tear-off band that provides visible evidence of first opening.
