BFS Bottle Closure 3.1 A(A) for Rommelag Bottlepack

The BFS Bottle Closure 3.1 A(A) by Farmmash is designed for compatible Blow-Fill-Seal bottles produced on Rommelag Bottlepack equipment.

The closure combines a screw-cap design with an integrated puncture pin.

When the closure is turned onto the welded top of the BFS bottle, the pin creates a controlled opening for dispensing the contents.

Integrated Opening System

The puncture element is built directly into the closure.

Therefore, no separate piercing device is required during normal use.

The closure performs both the opening function and the subsequent bottle-access function within one component.

Designed for Rommelag Bottlepack Configurations

The 3.1 A(A) geometry is intended for compatible bottle-top configurations produced on Rommelag Bottlepack equipment.

However, BFS bottle dimensions can vary according to tooling and package design.

For this reason, compatibility should be confirmed with the actual bottle.

Controlled Dispensing

After puncture, the opening allows the liquid product to be dispensed from the bottle.

The dispensing behaviour depends on the complete bottle-and-closure configuration as well as the physical properties of the formulation.

Therefore, functional testing should use the intended product whenever possible.
