In September 2018, the Farmmash and Sistema-Invest teams joined forces to climb Mount Verkhnii Yalovets in the Chernivtsi Region of Ukraine.

The mountain hike brought colleagues together outside their usual working environment and provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen communication, trust and mutual support. During the ascent, the participants demonstrated endurance, determination and the ability to work together toward a common goal.

Reaching the summit required coordination and teamwork — the same qualities that help both companies implement complex projects, overcome challenges and achieve ambitious business objectives.
