The vertical dropper plug 2.2 V (B) is an LDPE dosing component designed for controlled drop-by-drop dispensing of liquid products from compatible bottles. Its vertical configuration helps direct the liquid flow and supports convenient, repeatable use.
The plug is fitted into the neck of a compatible bottle. The raised dispensing spout provides a practical outlet for liquid products, while the internal vertical channel supports controlled drop formation. The actual drop size and flow rate depend on the formulation, viscosity, surface tension, bottle design and user handling.
The vertical dropper plug can be considered for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, veterinary and other liquid products. Before serial production, compatibility with the formulation and the complete packaging system should be confirmed.
The component is manufactured from low-density polyethylene (LDPE). This material combines flexibility, low weight and suitable mechanical performance for dropper applications. Injection moulding is carried out in ISO Class 7 cleanrooms at Farmmash production facilities in Ukraine. Materials are selected in accordance with applicable food-contact and pharmacopoeial requirements.
For reliable performance, the dropper plug must be matched with a compatible bottle neck and closure. Validation should cover fit, leakage resistance, drop performance, filling and capping processes, storage conditions and transport. Final compliance depends on the intended market and the requirements for the finished product.
