Topical dosing sprayer TS-SC18-0154-V

The TS-SC18-0154-V is a dosing spray pump designed for the controlled and repeatable topical application of liquid pharmaceutical, cosmetic and healthcare formulations.

The pump features a screw-on closure for bottles with a GL18/DIN18 neck finish. It is compatible with glass, HDPE and PET bottles. The available nominal dose is selected within the range of 50–170 µL per actuation, depending on the required configuration and product application.

A topical actuator ensures convenient and targeted application. The dip tube length is selected according to the bottle dimensions and agreed upon when ordering.

The pump is POM-free and rubber-free. The materials used meet applicable food-contact and pharmacopoeial requirements.

Plastic components are injection moulded in ISO Class 7 cleanrooms. Pump assembly is performed in ISO Class 8 cleanrooms.

The pump can also be supplied with Farmmash HDPE bottles with nominal capacities of 10, 15 or 30 ml.

Product quality control includes dose consistency testing, spray droplet size distribution evaluation, functional inspection and vacuum leak testing of the assembled pump-and-bottle system.

Compatibility between the pump, bottle and formulation should be confirmed before commercial use.
