Doypack Spout 1.2 is a weld-in HDPE spout for flexible pouches. It is designed for convenient dispensing of liquids, powders and other packaged products.
The spout is welded into the pouch during the packaging process. Therefore, it becomes part of the pouch structure and supports controlled product release.
Doypack Spout 1.2 is suitable for Doypack packaging used in food, cosmetic and household applications. Typical products may include sauces, liquid foods, beverages, concentrates, powders and viscous formulations.
The screw cap provides convenient opening and reclosing. As a result, consumers can dispense the product and close the package after use.
The spout supports clean dispensing when the pouch, cap and filling process are correctly selected. However, final performance depends on the pouch laminate, welding equipment and process parameters.
Compatibility should be validated with the customer’s packaging line. In particular, check the welding temperature, pressure, dwell time and pouch material.
