Tamper-Evident Screw Closure K38 for Ø38 mm Bottles

Tamper-Evident Closure K38 by Farmmash is a screw closure for compatible bottles with a nominal Ø38 mm neck.

The closure is designed primarily for food and beverage packaging, including dairy products, drinking water, energy drinks and other compatible liquid products.

K38 incorporates a slitted drop band that provides visible first-opening control.

Tamper-Evident System

The K38 closure uses a slitted drop band design.

During the first opening, the tamper-evident ring separates from the main body of the closure and remains on the bottle neck.

This provides a clear visual indication that the original package has been opened.

Ø38 mm Bottle Neck

K38 is intended for compatible bottles with a nominal neck diameter of Ø38 mm.

The nominal diameter alone does not guarantee compatibility. Bottle-neck geometry, thread configuration, tolerances and the tamper-evident section should correspond to the closure design.

Therefore, Farmmash recommends evaluating the closure with the actual bottle before serial production.
