In November 2019, Farmmash started production on a new Arburg Allrounder injection moulding machine. The commissioning of the new equipment was another important step in the development and modernization of the company’s manufacturing facilities.

Modern injection moulding equipment supports stable process parameters, high production repeatability and consistent quality of plastic components. The new machine also expanded Farmmash’s production capacity and strengthened the company’s ability to fulfil serial production orders.

At the time of commissioning, production on the new Arburg Allrounder was organized in an ISO Class 9 cleanroom. Controlled manufacturing conditions help reduce the risk of particulate contamination and are particularly important for plastic packaging components intended for the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.

The equipment can be used with Farmmash’s own moulds as well as moulds provided by customers. The company applies quality control at all key stages of the manufacturing process.

The new Arburg Allrounder strengthened Farmmash’s technological capabilities and supported the company’s continued development as a Ukrainian manufacturer of plastic closures, dosing devices and primary packaging components.
